Are YOU Holding YOU Back….Realize Your True Greatness Today!

Building esteem takes work. It’s not a simple matter of clicking your heels three times, repeating a few phrases, and you’re transported instantly to a place of blissful self-acceptance. Building esteem is a process. It requires something of you – your time, your thoughts, your energy, your emotions, your passion. It requires you to challenge deeply- and long-held beliefs about yourself and others. It requires you to question, to reflect, to answer, and to question again.
Building self esteem requires that at some level, there lies within you a sense of self worth that believes you have the right to be free of debilitating feelings of inadequacy, unworthiness, or defectiveness. At some point, you have to get tired of the low self image, of constantly putting yourself down and beating yourself up. You get to a point where you’re ready for change. Here's an exercise you can do to develop your self-image. Commit to learning something new. Think of something you've put off doing, or would like to do, and do it. Take the time to learn how to do it. Whether it's knitting a sweater, learning to play guitar, developing a website or starting a business. Commit to doing it and take action. The feeling of accomplishment you'll feel when you have mastered the skill and/or achieved the success will be awesome!"
Building esteem is a day-at-a-time process and that’s how I approach it – each day acknowledging my accomplishments, no matter how small, until I get where I want to be, enjoying the best in me at all times!

Wow! Wow! Wow!

That's all I can say about last night's Beyond Freedom Call.

Thank you to our guest co-host, Beyond Freedom co-creator, Shane Krider.

The call on Positive and Negative Energy is a call everyone should listen too. We had a great discussion about how creating our own internal vibes causes the universe to deliver great things.

Bad vibes = bad events
Good vibes = good events

Sounds simple, yet can take practice to implement. Starting with love and acceptance of ourself, first and foremost, and watching that manifest into abundance and prosperity.

Thank you to everyone who participated on the call...it was awesome because of YOU!

Here's the recording:

Sometimes great things happen when you least expect them!

So, Sunday night I was feeling pretty crappy. Definetely not the day for me to host a conference call on the Subconscious Mind! Somehow I had attracted some not so good food into my life:)

But...when adversity strikes is sometimes a great opportunity! I had some downtime to catch up on my personal development and everyone on the line got to hear from the master of the Subconscious Mind: John Lavenia!

It was a great call...thank you to everyone who participated in the call. And, what a great conversation.

I used the power of affirmations and my subconscious mind to rid myself of the ills and felt totally better in the morning. I had spent some time focusing on feeling bad and I started to feel worse. So, I thought...I better get my act together and start focusing on feeling great. I relaxed and pictured waking up with energy and enthusiasm, ready to tackle the day. And, that's exactly what happened!

And...everyone got to spend some time with John. If you missed the call, here's the recording for you. Enjoy!

Is it hard to acknowledge yourself?

One of the hardest things for some people is acknowledging their own accomplishments.

Perhaps it's because so many of us were told as children that to do so was egotistical or bragadocious. But, I distinctly remember the times I was so excited about something I had accomplished I just wanted to tell everyone about it.

Not to brag, just to celebrate!

That's what we'll be talking about tonight...celebrating our wins, accomplishments and self. We'll be talking about the power of loving yourself and openly expressing gratitude and self-praise for all you are.

Join me at 9pm for an open discussion about the power of acknowledging - yourself and others.

Do Affirmations Work?

We had an awesome call tonight! It's been a few weeks since we've been together on the Beyond Freedom Experience call. Many of us were enjoying time in Rome for Liberty League's Summit Conference. It was great being together with everyone, experiencing the speakers, community and the history!

Tonight's call was fabulous. We had a great conversation about the power of affirmations and the role they play in the results we experience in life (both positive and negative). We also talked about how to use affirmations to create the life we desire, in the present and future.

Some of the affirmations I shared on the call were:

"Everyday, in everyway, I'm getting better and better."
"I am the leader people want to get started with."
"I am a magnet to money"
"Everything always seems to go my way."

Other affirmations:
"I am creating my ideal body"
"I am attracting my ideal mate"
"I'm the luckiest person alive"

If you have favorite affirmations, be sure to include them in the comments!

Thank you to everyone who participated! This call is truly a "community call"...the more participation, the more value we receive.

If you missed the call, you can listen to it below or download it to your favorite MP3 player on the go.

And...the Adventure Begins Again

Last Sunday we started another 90 days of Beyond Freedom. What an incredible call we had...from learning to "go outside the box", to thinking beyond what we think is possible to what really IS possible!

What truly made this call awesome was everyone sharing and giving of themselves on the call. This level of authentic giving reveals to others how they too can benefit from using Beyond Freedom. So, from my heart, Thank YOU!

Today's call is going to be awesome as well. I'm excited to have a special guest host on the line...one of the Summit Advisors on my team, Denise Diggs. Denise has experienced a remarkable transformation through her commitment to doing Beyond Freedom and giving of herself. From a "mousy housewife" as she puts it, to a powerful, fully self-expressed, loving life mom and wife who has found passion for life again.

Denise will be hosting the Beyond Freedom call tonight, as she has some very powerful and special insights into the lesson What is Possible!

Overcoming Adversity

Wow! What a great call we had this week. This lesson in Beyond Freedom is so powerful. Particularly because it enables each person to unleash their true potential and to recognize the value of each experience. In my own life, I've learned to ask "What is the lesson I'm supposed to be learning from this?" when adversity (or perceived adversity)does strike. Doing so has enabled me grow by leaps and bounds...to experience extraordinary growth and accomplishment in lightening fast time.

Adversity is a fact of life. It's the challenges of life that allow us to recogzine the joys of life. It's living through contrast, experiencing the ups and the downs. The perspective we each take during the downs is what enables us to experience even greater ups, because we learn, develop and grow.

Thank you to everyone who participated this week...awesome call!

Knowing Yourself

The last few lessons in Beyond Freedom have been amazing impactful.

I think sometimes I forget that I'm Shannon Lavenia! Do you ever forget who you are?

Completing the exercise on page 40; creating a list of all the reasons I know I will be successful at acieving my goals has reminded me of my natural power.

Not to say I'm a superhero (although when I was a kid I was convinced I was Wonder Woman:)! However, putting on paper the reasons my success is guaranteed...reflecting on my own determinism, my own inspiration and fortitude, my committment and the natural laws of the universe (law of attraction, law of reciprocation, etc) there is no guessword to achievement...it is guaranteed!

To say I've been inspired this week would be an understatement...creative ideas have been flowing to me freely and I've been moved to take action on them. It's awesome.

I'm excited to be with everyone discussing Role Models...who has been the most impactful Role Model in your life?

We Are All Connected

What an awesome call we had tonight!

The power of this lesson is incredible. When we understand that our thoughts and "beingness" has an effect on everything around us, the people, our environment, the community, etc., we realize our true power and significance in the world. It's also incredibly empowering to realize we have the ability to the cause AND effect in our own lives.

The stories shared by everyone tonight were very enlightening; and assisted so many people in gaining new perspective on their own journey through Beyond Freedom.

Take time to follow through on the exercise...it will have a profound effect on your development and realization of the thoughts you entertain throughout your day and the actions you take. As you become more aware, you'll naturally choose to engage in actions and thoughts that serve your development, rather than deter it.

See you next week!

What a POSITIVE experience we had tonight!

Tonight's call was INCREDIBLE!

Obviously we all brought the vibe with us from the lesson on Positive and Negative Energy...we brought the POSITIVE vibe.

This lesson is so empowering. When we actually realize and recognize our ability to be at cause in our life, rather than effect, simply through the energy vibration we give off, we are able to achieve incredible successes. I loved everyone's insight into what they see in Positive vs. Negative people and the life experiences of people who are Positive vs. people who are Negative. It really was a summation of "What you think about is what you bring about".

Positive people live happy, successful, fulfilled lives. We love being around them and they attract good things/experiences to themselve. They are loved by many. Negative people are a drag to be around, they often experience adversity and people don't like to be around them...they are a drag.

Here's a great quote from Deepak Chopra that really sums it up. This is from the 7 Spiritual Laws of Succes, "Every action generates a force or energy that returns to us in like kind. What we sow is what we reap. And, when we choose actions that bring happiness and success to others, the fruit of our karma is happiness and success!"

Personally, I learned a great deal through the collaboration we had on the call tonight. Thank you to everyone who shared and contributed, the level of authenticity was moving. It's empowering to realize the profound effect Beyond Freedom is having in people's lives, relationships, businesses, families, and personally.

Beyond Freedom is so powerful because it enables us to learn about ourselves with self-exploration and then apply the knowledge we gain to get real results. Rather than just knowing...it's doing! It's EXPERIENCING!

Mind Movies

If you haven't seen this, it's an incredible visual tool to assist in goal achieving and visualization.

You can actually make a movie of your goals and intentions...like a movie dream board.

It was recommended to me by several associates...check it out by clicking here.

Subconscious Mind

Wow! We had a great call on this lesson this week. It was great to hear about so many people and their use of the subconscious mind to heal their bodies and assist their families.

One of the things that has always amazed me about the Beyond Freedom program is the perfection of order. Each lesson builds so perfectly into the next.

In the last few weeks we talked about Visualization, Affirmations and Acknowledging...three of the most important skills/tools we can use to program our Subconscious Mind to achieve more of what we want in our life and get less of what we don't want.

Once a person grasps how the Subconscious Mind works, they have the ability to overcome all adversity, old programming, fear, doubt, etc to live an extraordinary life they create. They say knowledge is power...it certainly is. This is the basis of The Secret, The Science of Getting Rich...every great book that has been written on success. Using the Subconscious Mind to furthur yourself, realize your true potential and eliminate stress, strife and disease.

My New Best Friend

I'm always amazed at how easy it is to selectively choose what things I will follow and what things I won't.

It's not a conscious decision...or is it?

This has been my relationship with journalling. One again, off again like a broken relationship. When I do it I feel great, when I don't I engage in the mental battle of knowing I should do it only not to do it.

Back once again to the gap between knowing and doing.

Well, I'm 100% committed to getting the results I desire to get. And, journalling is a crucial part of the Beyond Freedom experience. It allows me to reflect and openly expose my thinking, believes and attitudes. Through journalling, I'm able to release whatever stresses, anxieties, troubles, worries, etc to the paper. I'm also able to scribe my wins...revelling in the glory of them. It allows to me to honor and recognize myself, as well as create, manifest and honor my journey.

So, this week, I decided to commit to journalling everyday. I even enrolled John in it with me. Each morning we wake up, one of us makes coffee while the other feeds the dogs and we go outside to greet the beautiful morning with our fresh brew, pens and journals in hand.

This has been an amazing experience! Beyond journalling, each morning we've had such amazing discussions and have had so much relaxed fun this week. We even started playing tennis. I mentioned it's something I really wanted to do so we decided to go do it and now we are addicted. We played twice today!!!

By following through and taking action I've also freed myself of the guilt, strife and disempowering self-defeatest ways of being that I can pursue when I don't do something I know I should do. I feel so light and free and it's given me the space to be present with people, enjoy the moment and feel accomplished and successful by 7:00am!

How Auspicious

Auspicious: favorable, propritious; successful.

Auspicious is a word my husband, John, often uses. After hearing it so many times and not understanding it's meaning, I looked it up. What a great word!

So, how auspicious that I received the following in an email today, since we have just reviewed the lesson on visualization:

The exercise of the visualizing faculty keeps your mind in order, and attracts to you the things you need to make life more enjoyable in an orderly way.

If you train yourself in the practice of deliberately picturing your desire and carefully examining your picture, you will soon find that your thoughts and desires proceed in a more orderly procession than ever before.

Having reached a state of ordered mentality, you are no longer in a constant state of mental hurry. Hurry is Fear, and consequently destructive.

In other words, when your understanding grasps the power to visualize your heart's desire and hold it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite to the fulfillment of that picture by the harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction.

You realize that since Order is Heaven's first law, and visualization places things in their natural order, then it must be a heavenly thing to visualize.

Everyone visualizes, whether he knows it or not. Visualizing is the great secret of success.
The conscious use of this great power attracts to you multiplied resources, intensifies your wisdom, and enables you to make use of advantages which you formerly failed to recognize.
